Kari was born in Southern California and raised throughout the US. After graduating high school in Illinois, she attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo graduating with a BS in Animal Science. In 2013, Kari graduated Cum Laude from Western University of Health Sciences with a doctorate in veterinary medicine.
Kari has been working in the Treasure Valley since 2013, spending most of those years working at Broadway Veterinary Hospital before taking over ownership of Eagle Veterinary Hospital. Kari truly has a passion for the field of veterinary medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and dogs. She loves traveling and exploring all the great Idaho outdoors has to offer, including: hiking, fishing, snowboarding, mountain biking, camping, and boating.

Stephanie is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and always knew she would work closely with animals in some way. She received a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University School of Science in Biology and a minor in Philosophy. After working in wildlife rehabilitation and as a veterinary assistant Stephanie decided that her future belonged to working closely with pets (and their people) as a veterinarian. Stephanie graduated from Purdue College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015 and has worked at one veterinary hospital in Boise since.
Stephanie's veterinary interests include dentistry, feline medicine, and forming a collaborative relationship with pet parents with the goal of providing the best, tailored medical care possible for their pets.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family including three children and her perfect family dog, Chili. She also enjoys reading, spending time outdoors with gardening and hiking, and working on stained glass projects.

Lauren is originally from Southern California where she immersed herself in the sciences throughout high school and college, took a break to work as a graphic designer, and then headed east to attend veterinary school at Colorado State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1997.
During veterinary school she became interested in alternative medicine, and after moving to Oregon for work she pursued post-graduate training in several naturopathic modalities.
For over 25 years Lauren has offered acupuncture, veterinary orthopedic manipulation (a gentle variant of chiropractic), Chinese and Western herbs, homeopathy, reiki, and nutraceuticals. She has treated a wide array of ailments and body systems using techniques that not only address symptoms, but also strengthen the body's innate healing capacity. Naturopathic medicine can be used alone or alongside conventional drugs to augment their actions and reduce side effects. Naturopathic modalities can also benefit healthy animals, improving performance and conformation as well as helping to prevent disease.
Lauren moved to Idaho in 2026 where she sought work at a privately owned hospital, becoming fast friends with Kari and her team. In her spare time she and her husband enjoy hiking, camping, and photography.

Rochelly has been working in the field as a devoted technician for 8 years now and is always looking forward to the many more years to come!
Rochelly is a dog mom of two beautiful fur children- Rose and Olivia. Rochelly has had a soft spot for animals ever since she was a child. Instead of the much requested siblings, her parents would get her a pet. This starting her unconditional love for all pets!
When Rochelly isn’t at work, she can be found hiking, boxing or anything just to keep active.

Rob has worked as a veterinary technician for almost 20 years. He started his career working in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he explored his passion for small animal medicine and honed his skills working in emergency and critical care hospitals.
When the opportunity arose, he moved to Houston, Texas and continued in this career that he loved so much. After a few years suffering the heat and humidity of the gulf coast, he moved to Idaho to be closer to family. Once here, he knew he was home!
In his free time, he loves to spend time in the mountains or on the water. He goes fishing and camping whenever the weather allows and spends as much time as he can with his senior dog, Dr. Bumbles, MD. He is happy to be a part of the care team at Eagle Veterinary Hospital and looks forward to meeting you and your pets! -
Hannah was born in southern Oregon and grew up surrounded by farm animals, cats, and dogs. At 19, she got married and moved to Meridian where she worked in kennels for several years. During this time, she had a German Shepherd, Kodi, and an American Pit Bull Terrier, Kiba, and she became obsessed with various dog sports.
In 2020, she welcomed another dog into her family, an Australian Shepherd named Neji. This addition sparked her interest in herding, dock diving, and disc. Hannah's passion for herding and the Australian Shepherd breed grew, and in 2023 she brought home another Aussie pup named Reaver from her mentor. Since then, they have been training in scent work, agility, dock diving, disc, herding, and have participated in a few conformation shows. When she is not training or going on adventures with her dogs, she enjoys playing video games and partaking in a variety of arts and crafts.

Carla is from Scotland. She lived in The Netherlands for a few years before moving to the US in 2000. Her love of animals comes from her dad, who brought all sorts of strays home. She has two dogs Ria & Cotton.
She has been working in veterinary clinics for over 10 years now and loves to interact with all the pets. In her spare time, she loves to walk & cycle, as well as visit her two grandkids, Ewan and Emory.

McKenna brings her lifelong passion for animals to the team with both professional and personal experience in their care. Growing up in the Idaho rodeo community, she developed a strong connection with horses and livestock while also learning the value of hard work, dedication, and compassion for animals of all kinds.
At home, McKenna tends to a lively menagerie that includes three horses, three dogs, four ducks, five chickens, two cats, and a pair of fish tanks —each keeping her busy and reminding her daily why she loves this work.
When she’s not caring for animals, McKenna enjoys spending time outdoors, whether that’s on the trail, in the garden, or soaking up Idaho’s wide-open spaces. She’s equally happy with a good book in hand, recharging in quieter moments.
McKenna is proud to be part of a veterinary team that shares her devotion to supporting the health and happiness of pets and their people.
